Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with a parent or guardian.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for yourself. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse it.
Subscriptions
Unlock The Bible Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, at the price shown in the app when you buy it.
It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Ask Apple for refunds through your Apple ID. We don’t process payments or issue refunds ourselves.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
If you live in the EU or the UK, consumer law usually gives you 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Your subscription starts right away, and by subscribing you agree that you lose this right once you start using Pro, in exchange for immediate access. You can still cancel future renewals at any time.
Fair use
We limit how many new walks can be requested in a period, to keep the service running well for everyone.
Don’t use the app for anything unlawful, or to abuse, overload or get around its limits. We may block an anonymous ID that does.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its software belong to Alquimia Studio. What you write is yours. The King James Version is in the public domain.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example when Apple, OpenAI or our hosting provider are down.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using it.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law of your country that can’t be waived by contract, including consumer protections in the EU, the UK and Canada.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colombia, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Apple
These terms are between you and Alquimia Studio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for claims about it. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you can notify Apple for a refund of its price. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Other
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the app. If any part can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
