Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Pushy Reminders ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alquimia Studio ("we", "us", or "our").
1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pushy Reminders for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Share your subscription with others
- Use automated systems to access the App
2. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the current period ending.
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by Apple/Google policy or law.
3. Reminder Service
Pushy Reminders provides persistent reminder notifications:
- Notification delivery depends on device settings and connectivity
- We are not liable for missed or delayed notifications
- You remain responsible for completing your tasks
- Reminders are provided "as is" without guarantee of specific results
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not harass, abuse, or harm others through the App
- Not impersonate others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Content and Data
You retain full ownership of tasks, notes, and content you create. All your data is stored locally on your device — we do not upload or process your content on our servers.
Prohibited content includes illegal, harmful, or offensive material and content that violates others' rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by Alquimia Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Pushy Reminders" name and logo are trademarks of Alquimia Studio. You may not use them without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be available at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion.
You may delete all your local data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the Effective Date and, for material changes, by in-app notification.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
