Pushy Reminders ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app.

All data is stored locally on your device. We collect only what is necessary to run the app:
- Task Data: Tasks, reminders, due dates, and completion status
- Notification Preferences: Reminder frequency and personality mode settings
- Subscription Status: Whether you have an active Premium subscription (managed by RevenueCat)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the reminder service
- Send task notifications and reminders
- Process subscription payments
- Improve app functionality and user experience
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
All your data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal information.
- No data is transmitted to our servers
- Subscription status is handled securely by RevenueCat and Apple
- Uninstalling the app permanently removes all local data

We use the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management
- Apple: Payment processing through the App Store
These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Since all data is stored locally, we do not have access to your tasks or reminders. The only data shared with third parties is your subscription status, handled by RevenueCat and Apple solely for payment processing.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request your data in a portable format

Pushy Reminders is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in Europe). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected a child's information, we will delete it immediately.
8. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for task reminders. You can:
- Control notification frequency in app settings
- Disable notifications in your device settings
- Customize notification style through personality modes
9. Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of your data at all times. Uninstalling the app permanently and immediately deletes all your tasks, preferences, and local data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by updating the Effective Date and, for material changes, by in-app notification.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
