Important Notice: You are responsible for reviewing your photos before deletion. Deleted photos are moved to iOS Recently Deleted and may be recovered within 30 days via the Photos app.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ClearSpace ("App," "we," "us," "our"), operated by Alquimia Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License & Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClearSpace for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Copy or distribute any part of the App
Use the App for commercial purposes
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share your subscription with others

2. Subscription & Billing

ClearSpace offers one free cleanup and paid subscription plans:

First Clean Free: Your first photo cleanup is free with no subscription required
Plans Available:
- Weekly: $4.99/week
- Monthly: $9.99/month
- Yearly: $29.99/year
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Billing: Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Cancellation: Manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
No Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law
Payments: All payments are processed by Apple. RevenueCat is used for subscription management.

By subscribing, you confirm you have read our Privacy Policy.

3. Photo Deletion — Your Responsibility

ClearSpace identifies photos and videos for potential removal, but you decide what to delete.

Review all suggestions carefully before deleting
Deleted photos are moved to iOS Recently Deleted and can be recovered within 30 days via the Photos app
After 30 days, iOS permanently removes them from Recently Deleted
We strongly recommend backing up important photos before deleting

ClearSpace is NOT responsible for:

Accidental deletions
Loss of photos after the 30-day iOS recovery window
Device storage issues
Data loss from any cause

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClearSpace only for lawful, personal purposes:

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Do not copy or distribute any part of the App
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Do not use the App for commercial purposes
Do not interfere with App functionality
Do not bypass security features
Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All ClearSpace content, code, features, and functionality are owned by Alquimia Studio and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClearSpace is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied:

No guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation
No guarantee of specific results or storage savings
No guarantee that all duplicate or unwanted photos will be detected
Photo analysis is performed by automated algorithms and may not be 100% accurate

Always review suggestions before deleting.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alquimia Studio is NOT liable for:

Loss of photos or data resulting from use of the App
Loss of irreplaceable memories or personal content
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Device damage or malfunction

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

USA: These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable state law.

Canada: These limitations comply with applicable provincial consumer protection laws.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

USA Users: Laws of the State of Washington, USA
Canada Users: Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada
All Other Users: Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

9. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, please contact us:

Email us at andressaumet@gmail.com describing the dispute
We will respond within 30 days and attempt to resolve it in good faith
If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies

Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with your local consumer protection authority.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ClearSpace at any time:

For violation of these Terms
For violation of Apple App Store guidelines
For illegal or fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.

We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alquimia Studio regarding ClearSpace.

They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
