1. Introduction

Welcome to ClearSpace ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Alquimia Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application ("App").

This policy applies to users worldwide and complies with applicable privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using ClearSpace, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Our Core Privacy Commitment

ClearSpace is built on a privacy-first architecture:

  • We NEVER collect your photos or videos. All photo analysis happens 100% on your device.

  • We NEVER store photo metadata on external servers. File names, creation dates, and image hashes stay on your device.

  • We do NOT require an account. You use ClearSpace anonymously.

3. Information We Collect

When you first launch ClearSpace, the App generates a random anonymous UUID. This identifier:

  • Is stored locally on your device via iOS system storage (SharedPreferences)

  • Is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any personal information

  • Is used by RevenueCat to manage your subscription across app reinstalls

  • May be shared with Meta (Facebook) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission

  • Is reset if you uninstall the App

3.2 Subscription Data

When you purchase a subscription, the following data is processed:

3.3 Advertising & Analytics Data (Meta SDK)

ClearSpace uses the Meta (Facebook) Ads SDK to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

  • Your anonymous UUID

This data collection only occurs if you grant permission through the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

You can change your ATT preference at any time in:
